Rianxeira canned fish and seafood are the easiest way to buy, keep and have at hand a wide variety of products to balance out and complete meals, from a tasty snack to a main meal.
Dice the onion and parsley with the drained, flaked tuna. Add a pinch of pepper and stir well until a paste is obtained.
Remove the crusts from the slices of bread and make sandwiches with the tuna paste. Cut the sandwiches into four quarters to form triangles and press down slightly to stick.
Beat the eggs with the milk. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Coat each triangle in the mixture and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain and place on kitchen roll.
Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.

1 3-pack of Rianxeira natural Yellowfin Tuna, 3 eggs, 1/2 litre milk, 6 slices of bread, 1 small onion, fresh parsley, black pepper, salt, nutmeg and oil for frying.
