Courgette Stuffed with Sardines and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Courgette.
Sardines.
Mushrooms.
Cream.
Salt.
Pepper.
Olive oil.

Method:

1) Cook the courgette and sauté the mushrooms.
2) Once cooked, remove a little flesh from the courgette and mix into the sautéed mushrooms.
3) Heat everything together and add the cream.
4) Season to taste.
5) Stuff the courgette with the filling and serve with straw potatoes.
