Greek Salad with Sardines and Yoghurt Dressing

Ingredients:

Sardines.
Tomato.
Cucumber.
Green pepper.
Feta cheese.
Yoghurt dressing.
Salt.
Rocket.
Mint leaves.

Method:

1) Cut the vegetables into medium-sized cubes.
2) Cut the feta into cubes.
3) Mix the vegetables together and add the yoghurt dressing.
4) Add the feta cheese.
5) Cut the sardines in half.
6) Plate up the salad and top with the sardines.
7) Garnish with mint leaves.
