Jealsa Rianxeira as a company was born from the entrepreneurship of Jesus Alonso Fernandez back in 1958 to become one of today’s largest canneries in Europe. A group of enterprises whose business extends from its fleet of tuna-fishing vessels to production and final packaging at its factory in Boiro, NW Spain. Today the Rianxeira brand of canned seafood, one of the flagships of the Group, is deeply rooted in the minds and on the palate of all consumers and has positioned itself as a reference model of that maritime tradition that we so love.
