Penne Arrabiata with Cockles and Gherkins

Ingredients:

Penne pasta.
Cockles.
Gherkins.
Oil.
Salt.

Method:

1) Cook the pasta.
2) Mix the pasta with the cockles and the sliced Gherkins.
3) Plate up.
4) Serve with a swirl of extra virgin olive oil.
5) Add a little grated cheese (optional).
