Roasted Vegetables and Sardines on Toast

Ingredients:

Toast or crackers.
Courgette.
Aubergine.
Red pepper.
Onions.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Rosemary.

Method:

1) Roast the vegetables and chop them up.
2) Season with salt and add the rosemary.
3) Place the mixed vegetables on the toast or crackers.
4) Dress with a little olive oil.
