Sautéed Cockles with Asparagus

Ingredients:

Cockles.
Asparagus.
Garlic.
Sweet and sour sauce.

Method:

1) Chop up the asparagus.
2) Finely slice the garlic.
3) Fry the garlic in a little oil until golden and sauté the asparagus.
4) Add the cockles, the sauce and serve.
