Vegetable and Cockle Tart au Gratin

Ingredients:

Cockles.
Seasonal vegetables.
Cheese.
Salt.
Pepper.

Method:

1) Finely slice and sauté the vegetables.
2) Season with salt and pepper.
3) Fill the tart casing with the vegetables and cockles.
4) Top with cheese and bake in the oven.
5) Serve with a light pepper or tomato sauce (optional).
